Assign Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups to (Individual) Profiles

Assign of the times.

As a Company Administrator, you have plenty of duties and responsibilities in managing company data and ensuring the platform is working for your company.

One of those responsibilities is that you have the ability to assign or unassign Authorisers, Risk Authorisers, Travel Arrangers and (Traveller/Authoriser) Groups to profiles.

Adding Assignments

  1. Click on the Avatar and select View Profiles to access all profiles or from the Avatar click Admin, then on the Dashboard to the left, click Profiles
  2. Click Edit next to the profile you need to update
  3. Click on the Assignments tab of the user's profile 
  4. Type in the name(s) of the Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Groups want to add to your profile. Once the name has been clicked on, this will automatically add the name as a tag under the desired assignment
  5. Click Update Assignments once you have added the name(s). The assignments have now been saved to the traveller's profile.

Removing Assignments

  1. To remove Authorisers/Risk Authorisers/Travel Arrangers/Group, click on the Avatar and select View Profiles to access all profiles or from the Avatar click Admin, then on the Dashboard to the left, click Profiles
  2. Click Edit next to the profile you need to update
  3. Click on the Assignments tab of the user's profile 
  4. Click on the x icon next to the name(s) to delete them from the Role Type field box
  5. Once you have removed the name(s), click Update Assignments. This will remove the assignment from the profile.

Need to Know

All changes that are made to a profile (including by whom, and when the updates were made) and will be recorded in the Audit tab. This tab is only visible to users who have Admin access.
