Like a lot of websites, the Locomote website uses cookies.
At times you may see a Page cannot be found displayed or encounter other strange behaviour.
One sure-fire way is to reset your browsing temporary data that is accumulated, by manually clearing your cookies and cache. Clearing your cache/cookies is done in different ways, depending on what internet browsing program you are using.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Google Chrome.
- On your browser toolbar, click More and then More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
- In the Clear Browsing Data box, click the checkboxes for Cookies, Other Site Data and Cached images and files.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
- Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Exit/Quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- In Firefox, from the History menu, select Clear Recent History. (If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.)
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
- Click Clear Now.
- Exit/Quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge Browser and click on the Hub icon (three horizontal lines at top bar) and then click History Icon.
- Click “Clear all history“.
- Select “Cookies and saved website data” and “Cached data and files” and click Clear.
- Exit/Quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.
- Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete
- You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
- Exit/Quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Safari
- In Safari, select Safari from the top menu bar
- Select Preferences from the menu
- Select Privacy and then click Manage Website Data
- Select Remove All and then in the small popup window, selection Remove Now.
- Exit/Quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
