If you need to change the password you use to sign in to your Locomote profile, you can reset it easily at any time - whether you are already signed in or if you have forgotten it and cannot sign in.
Password Recommendations
The password you choose must be:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contain 1 or more UPPERCASE letter(s)
- Contain 1 or more lowercase letter(s)
- Contain 1 or more alphanumer1c characters
- And can't be things like password, 12345678, or abcdefgh.
Reset your password
Signed out of Locomote/Signing in for the first time
Go to https://locomotetmp.com
Note
Your organisation may use a subdomain, e.g. https://yourorganisation.locomotetmp.com or possibly may use SSO.
- Click the Forgot Password? link
- Enter your username, complete the CAPTCHA (a security measure) and click Reset Password
- An email containing instructions on how to set your password will be sent to the email address linked to your Locomote account.
Need to Know
Access the email account linked to your Locomote profile and find the recently sent email from Locomote. Within the email, click the Reset your password link.
- Enter your new password twice, conforming to the password guidelines, then click Update Password

This will successfully reset your password and enable you access into the Locomote

You will receive a confirmation email of your password change. Follow any required instructions, otherwise test the new password by signing out and signing back in.
Change your password
Signed in to Locomote
If you know your password, but want to change it to something else, this can be done inside the platform at any time.
- To change your password click on Change Password which can be found on the bottom left hand side of your Dashboard
- Once you have clicked Change Password, you will be presented with a Change your password screen
- Complete the fields provided, making sure to comply with the password requirements, then Click Update Password
You will receive a confirmation email of your password change. Follow any required instructions, otherwise test the new password by signing out and signing back in.
Troubleshooting
If you see a message telling you we can't find an account registered with your email address, it usually means one of two things:
There's a mistake in your email address. It could be a typo, or the wrong email address. Double-check that it's the same email you used to sign up for your Locomote profile.You're trying to sign in to a different Locomote domain. You can find the right Locomote URL by contacting your Company Administrator or our Support team.
